SHIPPING POLICY

We have partnered with some of India’s leading delivery companies and continue to expand our network. Shipping timelines depend on location and are as follows:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery within 3–6 business days

  • Free for all orders

Priority Shipping

  • Delivery within 3–5 business days

  • ₹100 for any number of products

Orders received before 4:00 PM (IST) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day.

Actual delivery times may vary based on your delivery address, regional delays, or during peak periods. If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us—we'll do our best to help.

Return Shipment Restrictions

  • Our delivery partners will only accept LIMITED UNIQ items returned in their original packaging.

  • Do not include any unrelated items in the return shipment. Doing so may violate shipping regulations and result in rejection of your return.

Important Notes

  • Order cut-off times are guidelines only and may vary due to payment authorizations.

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, though during sale periods this may take up to 72 hours.

  • Once your order is scheduled for pickup or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or redirected.

  • We may ask for a signature on delivery or pickup. If you're unavailable, someone at your address may sign on your behalf. We consider that a successful delivery.

Insurance & Responsibility

  • All orders are insured during transit until delivered.

  • Do not accept packages if the seal is broken or if the parcel is damaged.

  • Responsibility for the product transfers upon signed delivery or verified pickup, even if collected by someone else at your request.

Taxes & Duties All prices displayed include applicable taxes and duties. You will not be charged anything additional at checkout.
