Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We provide a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 7 days from the delivery date, with an additional 5-7 days allowed for the returned product(s) to reach us. Reverse pick-up services are available and subject to your area pin code.

  • A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted per order (not per item) from your credit.

  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, the customer must ship the item to our company address.

  • Cancellations are only possible before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will either exchange your product or issue a store credit coupon of equal value to your registered email/mobile number. This coupon can be used for future purchases on LIMITED UNIQ.

  • We do not offer refunds to the original mode of payment under any circumstances.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Return/exchange requests will be accepted only once per order.

  • In case you receive damaged or wrong products, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@limiteduniq.in We will initiate an immediate exchange or provide a store credit coupon.

  • Items purchased on clearance sale or discounted more than 20% are not eligible for return or exchange.
